Production Process
Steel Pole Anti-Corrosion Treatment
Our steel poles undergo advanced internal and external hot-dip galvanizing for superior corrosion resistance. The galvanizing process involves pickling, hot-dip galvanizing, water washing, phosphating, and passivation, resulting in a smooth, visually appealing galvanized layer with a uniform luster. This layer is free from common defects such as wrinkles, sagging, zinc tumors, peeling, or spots. The zinc layer exceeds a thickness of 86μm and adheres to the GB2694-88 standard, guaranteeing color retention for 8 years and an anti-corrosion lifespan exceeding 20 years.

Powder Coating Process
After hot-dip galvanizing, the street poles are electrostatically coated with a polyester powder coating (color options available), specially formulated for outdoor durability. The surface is meticulously polished before spraying to enhance adhesion. The curing process strictly controls time and temperature, ensuring an even, smooth, and pore-free coating. The sprayed layer has a thickness of ≥100μm, meets the GB9286-880 adhesion standard, achieves a smooth surface finish, and boasts a hardness level of ≥2H.

Powder coating
Durable thermoset polyester powder coatings provide consistent performance, strong adhesion and UV resistance.
Film thickness is more than 100 um and with strong adhesion. The surface is not peeling even with blade scratch (15×6 mm square).

Designed life of pole is more than 25 years, and the galvanized surface is smooth and with the same color. Flake peeling hasn't been seen after maul test.
