Production Process
The steel pole anti-corrosion treatment uses internal and external hot-dip galvanizing. The galvanizing process includes pickling, hot-dip galvanizing, water washing, phosphating, and passivation. The galvanized layer has a smooth and beautiful surface, consistent luster, and no defects such as wrinkled skin, sagging, zinc tumors, peeling, spots. The thickness of the zinc layer is more than 86um, and the adhesion of the galvanized layer should meet the GB2694-88 standard to ensure that it does not fade for 8 years and has an anti-corrosion life of more than 20 years.

The street pole is hot-dip galvanized and then electrostatically sprayed with powder coating(color optional). The spray material is all-polyester powder, which is weather-resistant for outdoor use.The surface is polished before spraying to increase adhesion. During the spraying process, the curing time and temperature are strictly controlled to ensure that the plastic layer is even, smooth, and free of pores. The thickness of the sprayed layer is ≥100um, the adhesion reaches GB9286-880 level, the surface is smooth, and the hardness is ≥2H.

Durable thermoset polyester powder coatings provide consistent performance, strong adhesion and UV resistance.
Film thickness is more than 100 um and with strong adhesion. The surface is not peeling even with blade scratch (15×6 mm square).
